the morning after the race, and I'm still exhausted. This ranks among my
hardest races ever. I walked across the finish line! But I finished, and even
came in 6th out 10 in my old lady division. Praise God for the strength to

Fliss finished together literally!
“My ankle rolled in a divot on the trail about 2 miles
out, and Palmer carried me from there to the finish. It wasn't our fastest 10k
we've ever run, but it was definitely the most memorable! I’m on the mend.”

finished 3rd in her age group even after getting knocked down by
another runner early on! Way to
persevere!

“I met all of my goals and learned more things that will

stretch out the distances for all three disciplines and focus on improving the

“…beat last year's time by 14 minuets! 1.5K swim, 40K mile
bike 10K run....Phew!”
§ Dave Campbell finished
1st in his age group by 10 minutes in 90+ weather!! “Did the Folsom Olympic race today in the
heat. Was happy with my results and gave it all I had. I was like 4th on the
run for an old guy, and finally broke 40 with a 39:10 showing.”

day!! Nice job!
